A feasibility study is an assessment process conducted during the initial stages of a project to determine if a proposed system or solution is viable, practical, and worth the investment in terms of technical, economic, legal, and operational requirements.
Give an example of two’s compliment.
Answer
To find the two's complement of a binary number, invert all bits (one's complement) and add 1. For example, to find the two's complement of 5 (0101):
- One's complement of 0101 is 1010.
- Add 1: 1010 + 1 = 1011.
Thus, the two's complement of 5 is 1011.
