The scope of management is universal and multifaceted, covering several key areas:

Explain the various levels of management in an organization.
Answer
Management levels refer to the hierarchy of positions within an organization, categorized into three distinct levels based on their authority, responsibility, and scope of work:
- Top-Level Management: Comprising the Board of Directors, CEO, and senior executives, this level is responsible for defining the organization's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals. They focus on external environmental factors and overall organizational performance.
- Middle-Level Management: Includes department heads, branch managers, and divisional managers. They act as the bridge between top and lower management. Their primary responsibility is to interpret the strategic plans developed by top management and translate them into tactical plans for their respective departments, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Lower-Level (Operational) Management: Consists of supervisors, team leaders, and foremen. This level is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations and the workforce. They focus on executing the plans provided by middle management, maintaining quality standards, ensuring safety, and providing feedback from the operational floor to higher management levels.
