Distinguish the concepts of Departmentation and Decentralization.

- Directing: Involving the motivation, leadership, communication, and supervision of personnel to ensure they perform their assigned tasks effectively.
- Controlling: Monitoring organizational performance, comparing it with established standards, and taking corrective action when necessary to ensure objectives are met.
